Return & Exchange Policy

At Mohannad Abualtaher, we take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Opened Products

Due to the hygienic nature of fragrances, opened, unsealed, or used products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection regulations regarding products that cannot be resold once opened.

Unopened Products

Returns or exchanges may be requested within five (5) days of receiving your order, provided that:

- The product remains unopened and unused.
- The original seal and packaging are intact.
- The item is returned in its original condition.
- Proof of purchase is provided.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Shipping Charges

If the error was made by Mohannad Abualtaher, all replacement shipping costs will be covered by us.

For approved returns of unopened products, original shipping charges and any applicable handling fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, subject to your payment provider's processing time.
